●Return Request: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make a return request within 30 days of receiving the product. Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories.
●Return Process:
○ Please contact our customer service team via email at expressgo@rusthooks.com to explain your reason for return and provide the order number and relevant information.
○ We will provide you with a return address and specific return instructions.
●Return Shipping: The shipping costs incurred by the return are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or wrong shipment. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs. - Exchange Policy
● Exchange Request: If you wish to exchange a product (for example, for a different size or color), you may do so within 30 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
● Exchange Process:
○ Email expressgo@rusthooks.com with your exchange request, including the original order number, the product you wish to exchange, and the product you wish to exchange.
○ We will provide you with exchange instructions and a return address.
● Exchange Shipping: The shipping costs incurred for the exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defective product or incorrect shipment, in which case we will cover the relevant costs. - Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in compliance with our return policy, we will process a refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method and the processing time is usually 5 business days. - Notes
