    ●Return Shipping: The shipping costs incurred by the return are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or wrong shipment. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  2. Exchange Policy
    ● Exchange Request: If you wish to exchange a product (for example, for a different size or color), you may do so within 30 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  3. Refund Processing
